The archive proves that a human voice can rage, fail, learn, contradict itself, and still build beyond the moment that tried to define it. You have the same right. A dated record may be evidence. It is not a throne over the living.

Preserve the source. State the present position. Preserve the reader’s power to judge both.

Six archive rules

1. Date the record. Every historical artifact must show when it was written and when its framing was added.
2. Keep author, narrator, and persona distinct. A literary persona is not a separate legal person and a passage is not the whole human source.
3. Do not operationalize harm. Descriptions of attacks, weapons, evasion, targeting, or biological harm are not extracted into actionable guides.
4. Minimize third-party exposure. Private addresses, contact data, unverified allegations, and identifying details about non-public people are removed from site summaries and not separately indexed.
5. Attach the current position and claim state. Later context belongs beside earlier material, not in a hidden disclaimer that readers may never see.
6. Preserve the possibility of research. Exact sources can remain available while public presentation resists turning inflammatory fragments into decontextualized promotion.

What “current” means here

Current positions are those deliberately published through the present site or the current third-book manuscript. They include rejection of violence against civilians, rejection of autonomous lethal selection of people, support for human override, and an insistence that historical records carry temporal context.

Silence about an old claim should not be read as endorsement. Where a claim matters, this site will state whether it is retained, corrected, disputed, withdrawn, fictionalized, or unknown.
