Build the record beside the work.

Each serious project should carry its own context, constraints, source inventory, risk register, decisions, test plan, open questions, and next actions. This site includes such a package in its private .uai directory and exposes a bounded public manifest at /uai/index.uai.

The objective is not to make a project appear autonomous. It is to make authorship, handoff, limits, and accountability inspectable.
