Public Evidence Ledger

The ledger records verified actions and outcomes without inventing victories or exposing unnecessary private data. It launches at zero and grows only through reviewable evidence.

The ledger begins honestly.

No case appears until the evidence, privacy boundary, consent, and claim state have been reviewed.

The empty state is honest. The first reviewed entry will preserve claim status, privacy notes, evidence class, response, and unresolved questions.

Evidence before movement theater.

A compelling story does not become a verified outcome merely because it serves the campaign.

Claim state

Label reported, acknowledged, disputed, corrected, reversed, verified, unresolved, or unknown. Do not merge them.

Source class

Preserve the request, institutional response, policy, public record, screenshot, correspondence, and verification notes.

Privacy gate

Remove credentials, account numbers, unnecessary medical or financial detail, uninvolved names, and data the claim does not require.

Consent

A person’s case is not movement property. Obtain consent for public use and allow withdrawal where the record can lawfully be removed.

Correction

Attach corrections to the claim that caused the harm. Preserve versions so repair does not become historical erasure.

Failure belongs here

Record denials, non-answers, abandoned cases, rejected theories, and methods that did not work. A ledger that hides failure is propaganda.

The public ledger is not the protected research corpus.

The public site provides summaries, methods, and citable outcomes. Protected research, private memory, intake, source drafts, and unnecessary personal data remain outside public routes.
