Claim state
Label reported, acknowledged, disputed, corrected, reversed, verified, unresolved, or unknown. Do not merge them.
Evidence is how a person’s wound becomes undeniable, how silence becomes visible, and how one act gives the next person leverage. The ledger starts at zero because truth matters. It does not end there.
A preserved notice gives you something to challenge. A dated silence exposes the empty chair. A verified repair proves the system can move. Evidence is not a shrine to injury. It is leverage for the living.
Make the record so the next person begins with more power than you were given.
The outcome ledger is empty. The request builder, action-circle kit, and field-record builder are available now. Infrastructure is not victory; it is the equipment for earning one. No case appears until evidence, privacy, consent, and claim state have been reviewed.

| No verified public cases yet. The empty state is honest, not final. The first reviewed entry will preserve claim status, privacy notes, evidence class, response, and unresolved questions. | |||||
A compelling story does not become a verified outcome merely because it serves the campaign.

Preserve the request, institutional response, policy, public record, screenshot, correspondence, and verification notes.
Remove credentials, account numbers, unnecessary medical or financial detail, uninvolved names, and data the claim does not require.
A person’s case is not movement property. Obtain consent for public use and allow withdrawal where the record can lawfully be removed.
Attach corrections to the claim that caused the harm. Preserve versions so repair does not become historical erasure.
Record denials, non-answers, abandoned cases, rejected theories, and methods that did not work. A ledger that hides failure is propaganda.
The public site provides summaries, methods, and citable outcomes. Protected research, private memory, intake, source drafts, and unnecessary personal data remain outside public routes.
