Private draft → deliberate submission → human review

Submit a Verified Artifact

A form is not an artifact. Build something, test it, show the failure, and choose exactly what may enter the public record.

VERIFIED ZERO → VERIFIED ONE

ZERO IS HONEST.
ONE MUST BE PROVEN.

This door receives work. It does not certify people. A submitted record begins private, non-countable, and unpublished. Two distinct human decisions stand between intake and publication.

A FORM IS NOT AN ARTIFACT.

Describe what exists, not what you intend to build.

A DIGEST IS NOT THE TRUTH.

SHA-256 proves bytes. Evidence and testing support claims.

A REVIEWER IS NOT A RULER.

Decisions carry reasons, conflicts, correction, appeal, and Exit.

A LEDGER IS NOT A THRONE.

Artifacts may count. People never receive scores or rank.

BUILD LOCALLY. EXPORT FIRST. SUBMIT DELIBERATELY.

The existing builders still run only in your browser. Generate and save your private Artifact Protocol v1 record before using this intake.

Do not paste passwords, private keys, exact vulnerable locations, legal names you do not need, private medical or immigration information, genetic information, or third-party personal data.

PRIVATE BODIES EXPIRE. Unpublished active private cases expire and are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Rejected, withdrawn, expired, or superseded private bodies receive a 30-day appeal/exit grace period, then are deleted. Private support for a published artifact remains only until its bounded public expiry, then for the same 30-day grace period.
1. Name what exists
2. Classify the public claim without exposing people
3. Show the evidence, test, failure, and limits
4. Declare authority, privacy gates, and Exit

The public record derives only a generic consent receipt. It never exposes this authority statement, owner token, reviewer credential, private note, or concealed personal data.

THE RECORD REMAINS CHALLENGEABLE.

Your confirmation returns a random private ID and a one-time owner token. Save both outside this page. The server stores only a hash of the token and cannot recover it for you.

SAVE WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE THE CLOCK CLOSES. Unpublished active private cases expire and are deleted after 90 inactive days. Rejected, withdrawn, expired, or superseded private bodies remain for a 30-day appeal/exit grace period, then are deleted. A published artifact keeps private support only through bounded public expiry plus 30 days.

Creating a successor correction for a published artifact uses a cryptographically random Idempotency-Key held only in browser memory. An unchanged lost-response retry reuses that key so the new owner capability can be recovered without creating a second successor. Changing the correction creates a new key. Correcting a needs_changes record remains valid without this header.

No owner action has run.
